Please be aware that there may be intermittent downtime during this process. All services should return to normal by the end of the normally scheduled maintenance window. Maintenance
The regular maintenance window for CLAIMS Direct shared service is on Saturdays, 12:00-4:00pm, New York time. During this time there may be very brief service interruptions. We will send out notification if we expect any substantial service interruptions.
