The regular maintenance window for CLAIMS Direct shared service is on Saturdays, In IFI's continued commitment to service stability, we will be testing our disaster recovery procedures this coming weekend, May 4, 2024, during our standard maintenance window from 12:00 - 4:00pm, New York time. During this time there may be very brief service interruptions. We will send out notification if we expect any substantial service interruptions16:00 EDT. While we are confident the test will be transparent with most services, the following API endpoints will return errors:

  • Names
  • Legal Status
  • PITR
  • Update
  • Reporting

The above affected services will return to normal after the test is complete.
