The regular maintenance window for CLAIMS Direct shared service is on Saturdays, 12:00-4:00pm, New York time. During this time there may be very brief service interruptions. We will send out notification if we expect any substantial service interruptions

On Saturday, January 20, 2018, the CLAIMS Direct search API (CDWS21) and subsequent search functionality in the CLAIMS Direct Web Interface (CDWI) may experience intermittent outages. We are doing search cluster network maintenance which may impact services. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 12:00pm EST during our standard weekly maintenance window and should not last longer than 45 minutes.

 

 

Maintenance

In IFI's continued commitment to service stability, we will be testing our disaster recovery procedures this coming weekend, May 4, 2024, during our standard maintenance window from 12:00 - 16:00 EDT. While we are confident the test will be transparent with most services, the following API endpoints will return errors:

  • Names
  • Legal Status
  • PITR
  • Update
  • Reporting

The above affected services will return to normal after the test is complete.
