Note: We calculate the patent status for EP designated states, and we recently changed how we do this. Prior to May 22, 2017 we followed method 1, and beginning on May 22 we reloaded these records in order to follow method 2. |

Current patent status is calculated by sequential analysis of the Inpadoc legal status events. It is recalculated whenever an Inpadoc update is received.
