The regular maintenance window for CLAIMS Direct shared service is on Saturdays, 12:00-4:00pm, New York time. During this time there may be very brief service interruptions. We will send out notification if we expect any substantial service interruptions

IFI CLAIMS will be doing extensive data center redundancy testing on Saturday, August 15 between 12:00 and 16:00 EDT, our normal maintenance window. Please be aware that there may be intermittent downtime during this process. All services should return to normal by the end of the normally scheduled maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In IFI's continued commitment to service stability, we will be testing our disaster recovery procedures this coming weekend, May 4, 2024, during our standard maintenance window from 12:00 - 16:00 EDT. While we are confident the test will be transparent with most services, the following API endpoints will return errors:

  • Names
  • Legal Status
  • PITR
  • Update
  • Reporting

The above affected services will return to normal after the test is complete.
