              OR LINES OR ELASTIC COATING ARRANGED ALONT AT LEAST A PORTION OF THE LENGTH OF
              THE PROTECTOR TO GATHER TOGETHER THE PROTECTOR IN THE FREE STATE BY ELASTIC
