We have updated our IFI Snapshot Legal Status for records that are the basis for reissue applications to “Ceased” once the US reissue is granted and published (kind code E*). In addition, the expiry date for the reissue is now calculated based on the filing date of the original application. For more information about how we handle US reissues, see IFI Patent Status.
