CLAIMS Direct is delivered on USB for on-site installs. If you are installing CD in AWS, you have the following options, in order of preference:
- Data download of contents of USB
- USB import to AWS (Basic only caveat: for AWS imports only the Basic subscription level is available due to TB size constraints)
